For emergency or after-hours calls, response times may vary based on technician availability
and location. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival time in every situation. Higher rates
or service fees may apply for emergency or after-hours work; these will be disclosed before
work begins whenever reasonably possible.

We stand behind our workmanship and will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues that
result directly from our installation or service within a reasonable period. -
Manufacturer warranties on locks, hardware, and devices are provided by the manufacturer,
